Welcome to my website! You will see that I offer yoga classses to all abilities, all year round.

I have been priviledged to have ben taught by so many truly inspirational teachers who have enhanced and developed my knowledge of the science of yoga. I give thanks to all those teachers.

I look forward to seeing you in a class soon, when I can offer you the benefits of my experience. I would like to say that the words that have had the most profound effect on my teaching are those quoted below by the great yoga master T Krishnamacharya.
